3-D Laser Scanning and Ballast Water Management Cell
Zener Maritime Solutions works extensively with 3-D laser scanning technology. We use our 3-D laser scanners to provide our clients with the layout of new pipeline models that would be used in ballast water treatment plants.
In our efforts to improve and perfect our services, we design plans to meet the highest standards in operating and guiding the planning and management of ship’s ballast water and sediments.
Our Ballast Water Management plan has been devised keeping in mind the rules and regulations of B-1 of the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ship’s Ballast Water and Sediments, 2004 (BWM Convention) and all the other associated guidelines.
These plans meet all the requirements for the control and management of ships Ballast Water and Sediments in accordance with IMO resolution MEPC 127 (53) – Guidelines for Ballast water management and the development of Ballast Water management plans.
- Using 3-D laser scanners, we provide the layout of the new pipeline models that would be used in ballast water treatment plants.
- A detailed report that shows the preliminary arrangement for the BWTS.
- A 3-D virtual equipment to match at the location, including the interlinking of pipes of the vessel’s ballast system and new BWTS.
