The divers and management personnel of the company have been engaged in this field for many years and accumulated rich experience in operation and management. All the key divers are demobilized soldiers who used to serve in navy (more than 8 years). As a result of having carried out more than a thousand of underwater operations for the enterprises in petroleum, shipping, ship, port, water, electricity and bridge and other industries, the company has won a good economic benefit and social benefit.
To achieve ”Full service, overall process, none dissatisfaction” at the procedure of expanding business scale and business scope,the company has set up eleven project department and offices in Tianjin, Dalian, Qinhuangdao, Qingdao, Rizhao, Lianyungang, Shanghai, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Zhanjiang, Fangchenggang, all important port cities in China. The company also established strategic cooperation relationships with diving engineering companies in Greece, Singapore, Norway and other countries, in order to provide customers with prompt, superior, efficient services. All of sixty divers are qualified with “Diver Certificate” awarded by the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China. Among them, 6 staff are qualified with CCS Underwater Visual Inspection GradeⅡCertificate, 2 staff are qualified with Terrestrial Magnetic Particle Inspection GradeⅡCertificate, 2 staff are qualified with Underwater Magnetic Particle Inspection GradeⅡCertificate, 1 staff are qualified with Terrestrial Ultrasonic Flaw Detection GradeⅠCertificate, 1 staff are qualified with Underwater Ultrasonic Flaw Detection GradeⅡCertificate, 2 staff are qualified with Underwater Welding Certificate, 1 staff are qualified with X Ray Flaw Detection GradeⅡCertificate and 1 staff are qualified with ACFM Flaw Detection Certificate.
All of sixty divers are qualified with “Certificate Of Diver”, awarded by the Ministry of Communications of the People’s Republic of China. Two of the divers are qualified with “Diving Salvage Engineer Certificate”, two with “Certified Safety Engineer”, five with “Qualification Certificate Of Diving Supervisor”, two with “Diver Doctor Certificate”, three with “Qualification Certificate of Diving Life Support Technician”, two with “Diving Medical Technician”, six with “Certificate of Safety Inspector”, six with “CCS underwater Visual Inspection Grade ”，two with “LMT-2”, five with “UWMT-2”, two with “LUT-2”, two with “UWUT-2”, two with “UWTW”, one with “ray defect detector”, one with “ACFM”.
The diving equipment and testing equipment, imported from the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Norway and other countries, holds the leading position in the industry, internationally and domestically. The equipment covers diving offshore support vessel, remote operated vehicle(ROA), floating crane vessel, KMB diving apparatus, TF-3 diving apparatus, ATLAS air supply system, UWS videotaping system, hydraulically powered submersible cleaning machine and polisher, underwater cutting and polishing equipment, underwater cutting & welding equipment, water inlet & outlet system, decompression chamber, underwater slurry suction equipment and other matching equipment.
