The main activity of the Industrial and Marine Projects Limited company (IMPRO LLC) is the aftersales service of diesel and gas-fueled driving engines for the generating equipment at land-based power plants, propulsion units on marine and river vessels, special and icebreaker fleet vessels, drilling platforms and other off-shore objects. The scope of aftersales services includes a full range of spare parts supply as well as routine maintenance services and slight, medium and major repairs of the equipment. IMPRO LLC provides modernization and retrofitting services for the power generating and propulsion equipment at land-based and marine installations to keep them up to date with the requirements of profitability and air emission limitation.
Among our specialized activities are start-up and commissioning works, general overhaul repairs, aftersales service and maintenance, client-oriented maintenance agreements for the marine propulsion engines and diesel generators manufactured by Wärtsilä, MAN, Cummins etc.
Our company carries out maintenance and overall repair works at boiler plants, including biofuel boilers. These works presuppose fuel combustion optimization aimed at increasing effectiveness and reducing harmful emissions in accordance with the existing environmental requirements.
The company has its own design department working out design documentation and providing the customers with construction and\or modernization projects of power plants and marine vessels. One of the company’s promising activities is the elaboration of existing diesel power stations modernization projects of fuel conversion to heavy fuel, gas or crude oil.
The engineering and technical personnel of the company includes 17 specialists with rich practical experience who have been trained both in specialized training centers of western Europe, and in manufacturing plants.
IMPRO LLC has exclusive partnership with a number of European companies both on supply of equipment and spare parts, and on different types of service and repair works.
IMPRO LLC supplies a full range of spare parts and equipment directly from manufacturing plants. The company imports the equipment and spare parts both all over the Russian Federation and outside the Russian Federation depending on the customer’s requirements, with completing all customs formalities. The delivered equipment is provided with commissioning works, warranty and post-warranty services. Additionally the equipment is supplied with certificates of quality issued by manufacturer and/or GOST R certificates. If necessary, the certificates of the main classification societies-members of the International association can be provided.
Industrial and Marine Projects Limited company (IMPRO LLC) is the appointed representative of the DETEGASA company, Spain, on sales and aftersales maintenance of the DETEGASA equipment on the territory of the Russian Federation.
IMPRO LLC and VEO Oy, Finland, have partnership relationship on modernization and retooling of automatic control systems, low and medium voltage equipment, variable frequency drives (k-drives) at power, industrial and marine objects.
