ShipMarket is a company from Rostov-on-Don that supplies food and provision to the sea-going vessels and river boats in the ports of the Caspian and Black seas and the Sea of Azov (ports: Rostov-on-Don, Azov, Taganrog, Yeisk, Temryuk, Novorossiysk, Kavkaz OPL Kavkaz).
We buy products only from the manufacturers and official distributors and it is our main advantage. We supply the best-quality food (dairy products, canned products, frozen fish and seafood, meat products and sausages, fresh vegetables and fruit, bakery products, soft drinks) and provision (machinery supplies, cleaning supplies, detergents) at the best prices and we are always open in our desire to meet customer requests.
7 steps from the task to the result:
1) We send the current price list at the client’s request.
2) We accept an application from the client and, if it’s necessary, we discuss it on phone.
3) We complete the goods on request.
4) We deliver goods to the destination port on ship’s board.
5) We send a detailed report on the products to the ship owner if it’s necessary.
6) We hand over the goods under the signature to an authorized person on the ship.
7) We form an invoice and a package of documents confirming delivery and send it to the ship owner by e-mail.
